The Process

Bilona is a traditional method of making ghee: milk is set into curd, the curd is hand-churned (with a wooden churner) to separate butter, and the butter is then slowly heated to make ghee.
A2 refers to milk from cows, such as our Gir cows, that naturally produce the A2 type of beta-casein protein.
